Abstract/Summary/Outline:

[Outline provided by author August 2009]
My project is a qualitative study using a semi-structured face-to-face method to interview recruited participants. I will be interviewing session leaders currently employed by a National Early Intervention Music Therapy Program to see how the client's needs are met despite having to meet the program goals and objectives. I am interested in discovering what techniques are employed by the interviewed session leaders to fulfill both these vital objectives. Is flexibility the most common technique
